Despite a successful commercial career building, developing and mentoring market leading teams, Paul decided a change was needed .... so he did something about it.

And if you have found yourself here, you too are looking for help to get motivated to change!

Having always had a passion for health and fitness, he retrained as a Personal Trainer and Coach and never looked back! Paul found new reward in helping others achieve healthier and happier lifestyles.

​

He has a number of specialisms including Strength Training, Program Design, Body Conditioning using body weight (great if you are concerned about using equipment through the corona virus pandemic), and is continually improving his knowledge with additional qualifications in Youth Fitness, TRX and Functional Movement.

​

Paul is also a husband and busy father of 3 and if he has time to look after himself then so do you!

​

Paul has also completed multiple marathons and boxed for a number of years.​

​

The secret of health for both body and mind is not to shed a tear for the past, not to worry about the future, or not to anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment, be fit, healthy, happy and do it having fun!
